INFUSEmedia (Digital Marketing/Lead Generation/Content Marketing) is looking for a System Administrator to ensure the functioning of the company's software product - administering, implementing and supporting their own CRM developed on the basis of Bitrix24 (box version).

Tasks and Functions:

  • Implementation, support, administration, audit and development of their own CRM, customized on the basis of Bitrix24 (box version);
  • Management of the server infrastructure of the CRM;
  • Administration of roles, interface settings, funnel, triggers, business processes and robots, reports;
  • Technical and consultative support for CRM users;
  • Development of regulations, instructions, and other methodological materials for CRM management and utilization;
  • Constant optimization and improvement of processes in the CRM;
  • Maintenance of the working order of CRM and troubleshooting;
  • Interaction and collaboration with internal CRM clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Bitrix24 platform administration for at least 2 years;
  • Skills in Bitrix24 (box version) administration: business processes, administration of roles, interface settings, funnel, triggers, robots, reports and more;
  • Practical experience in creating business processes;
  • Practical experience in the implementation and/or administration of Bitrix24: configuration and user support (access rights management, adding/dismissing users, creation of new roles, checking and optimization of current functionality);
  • Deep knowledge of the Bitrix24 architecture and understanding of the system functionality;
  • Communication skills, initiative, ability to work independently and in a team;
  • Ability to plan work independently;
  • Responsibility, accuracy, punctuality, and diligence.
