WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our Endava family is growing! We are seeking an independent, tenacious, Agile Project Manager to join our Project Delivery Management team. As an Agile Project Manager at Endava, you will have a minimum 4 years of experience in the end-to-end management of software projects, with ideally a strong understanding of warehouse management systems for this role. You must have knowledge of stakeholder management, risk management, and Agile methodologies, as well as be willing to travel for this role.
As an Agile Project Manager (PM), you will take a people-first approach to leadership and be highly self-motivated. Our PMs are proactive in identifying gaps, suggesting improvements, and taking initiative. As a PM, you operate as a natural storyteller, understanding the context of decision-making and explaining it to others. You are not afraid to give candid and constructive feedback with empathy and know how to adapt your communication style for different seniorities and audiences.
In this role, you will have the flexibility to adapt to different roles, as the client needs, and be unphased by date or plan changes made by the client. You have the endurance to weather narrow timelines and shifts in team morale, as well as the tenacity to follow up on action items, decisions, and impediments until they are resolved. You can build trust within your team and transparently raise blockers, risks, and dependencies both inside and outside your team.
