The Professional Services Intern will play a critical role in supporting the implementation team with a variety of

administrative and operational tasks to ensure the efficient execution of projects. This position involves working closely with

team members to assist in the planning, execution, and completion of projects that deliver high-quality services to our

clients. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

appropriate.

Essential Functions: In addition to working in accordance with appropriate conduct and behavioral standards, specific responsibilities of this role include:

•Contribute to the development and execution of process improvement initiatives to streamline project delivery.

•Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date records in project management software.

•Assist with research and analysis to support project objectives.

•Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on challenges and solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

•Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program related to business administration, project management, or a related field.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software and technology.

•Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a collaborative work culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Previous internship or work experience in a professional services or project management environment.

•Familiarity with project management software and tools.

Working Environment/Physical Demands

Working Environment/Physical Demands:

•This role can be fully remote or hybrid, with in-office frequency expected as per company policy.

•Primarily involves a significant amount of work in front of a computer monitor.
