Overview:

The Technology Partner Programs Specialist is responsible for managing the operations of our third-party integrations program (3pis). You will work closely with our Tech Partners who build integrations into Recharge, helping extend our product, solve merchant problems and foster the growing Recharge ecosystem.

In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for running the daily operations of our Tech Partner Program, providing resources and support at scale to our partners from the build, launch and scale phase of their integration. You will work closely with our Partner Enablement, RevOps, Technical Support, Product, Partner Marketing, and Analytics teams to provide a delightful experience for our third-party integrators.

An ideal candidate will have industry and technical experience in ecommerce and any of the following previous experience: managing a large number of integrations, technical project management, experience in technical support or solutions engineering. You will help drive the needs and direction of our Tech Partner program, identifying opportunities to improve our program and better support our partners at scale. Come with a curious, validated learning, and build-for-scale mindset.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage relationships at scale with hundreds of vendors in the commerce ecosystem.
  • Create repeatable processes and documentation to support our tech partners successfully build, launch, and maintain their integration with Recharge.
  • Triage and respond to tech partner support tickets regarding technical bugs, Oauth errors, questions on how to best build their integration, and programmatic questions/problems.
  • Review and approve tech partner applications, and follow up with additional questions as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on product changes and liaise with various internal teams (Product, Engineering, Product Marketing) on changes and their impact on our 3rd party integrations. Identify and communicate to tech partner on product changes that will affect their integration, tracking changes and following up with each affected partner.
  • Identify opportunities to improve our tech partner experience at scale via documentation and self-serve module updates (Tech Partner Academy).

What you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years of product development, technical support, technical project management, sales engineering or solutions engineering experience
  • Knowledge of APIs and OAuth
  • Experience working cross-functionally to help answer merchant (or vendor) technical questions/troubleshooting
  • You have experience with executing / managing programs or projects - you’ll manage multiple integration launches at a time.
  • You can understand and empathize with our merchants’ pain points and how these pain points can be solved by their vendors working closely together.
  • You are somewhat technical (prior roles in sales engineering, technical support)
  • Experience creating content to serve an audience at scale (nice to have)
  • You move fast, and are not afraid to try things, fail, and learn from those failures.
