We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Product Program Management and Operations to lead Product’s program management and operations team. This role is pivotal for someone who combines strategic program management expertise with a deep understanding of product operations within the B2B SaaS landscape. They will add a high-level understanding of program and product operations best practices and an ability to continuously innovate and improve processes to eliminate repetitive barriers, problems, and inefficiencies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership and the capability to harmonize program management strategies with our overarching business objectives, particularly in enhancing product development and operational efficiency.

How you'll add value:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive strategic direction for the PMO & Product Ops Org, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of project management and product operations methodologies and best practices focusing particularly on product operations and product lifecycle management.
  • Lead and mentor a team of program managers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless execution and alignment of projects.
  • Implement and continuously refine product operations and program management processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and product quality.
  • Proactively and permanently solve roadblocks, communication gaps, and inefficiencies across the product organization.
  • Oversee the integration of customer feedback and market research into the product development lifecycle.
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives to improve product operations, including the adoption of new tools and methodologies.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics related to product development timelines, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring transparency and alignment across all levels of the organization.
  • Partner with the executive and senior leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy that fosters strategic decision making.
  • Drive innovation in program management practices, incorporating the latest trends and methodologies.
  • Oversee resource allocation and budgeting for multiple projects, ensuring optimal utilization and financial efficiency.
  • Lead risk management efforts, identifying potential challenges and proactively developing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure alignment among cross-functional teams including Product Marketing and GTM teams to achieve successful product launches.
  • Collaborate with product managers and product marketing to develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product releases.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • What you'll need to be successful in this role:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience Leading Program Management Teams
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in Program Management at B2B SaaS companies
  • 4+ years of proven experience managing Restaurant Technology Programs
  • You have a strong portfolio of work you've led, managed, and shipped
  • Strong business insight and judgment, team-orientated, and provides a collaborative and inclusive style work environment and team dynamic
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills with the ability to communicate sophisticated technical issues effectively and concisely to executives, team members and others
  • Professional stature and gravitas to collaborate with and influence executives, leaders and team members with credibility and confidence
  • High professional standards and expectations for self and others
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS technology company
  • B2B SaaS Vertical Ecosystem experience
  • Working knowledge of technology points in a restaurant (supply chain; Point of Sales; banking)
  • Agile Methodology experience
  • Experience working in the restaurant industry

  • This position has a salary range of $160K-$185K. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
