The Role

Veeva Link envisions building connected data applications to improve research and patient outcomes. OpenData Clinical’s vision is to build reference data on all Clinical Trial Sites and Investigators globally.

As the Manager Agile Operations, you will be the go-to person for all questions about the data operations regarding OpenData Clinical. You will interface with product management, central data operations, software engineering, data science, data governance, and quality control teams.

To thrive in your role, you must have an academic background or working experience in operations in a big tech company or a hyper-growth company. You work agile with a high degree of autonomy to drive customer success. Additionally, you are familiar with driving continuous improvements, process excellence, and motivating large teams to go above and beyond. You communicate effectively with stakeholders and can deliver high-quality results within a tough timeline. You are comfortable working remotely in an international environment.

What You'll Do

  • Build a dynamic, proactive, and high-performing team
  • Optimization of processes and development of best practices
  • Steering of meaningful KPIs to drive performance, such as efficiency and quality
  • Ensure high data quality and drive quality improvement initiatives by, e.g., use of root cause analysis
  • Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against business goals/objectives
  • Cross-collaboration with other internal teams to ensure customer success
  • Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing large-scale teams
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
  • High degree of autonomy and agility and a proven track record of delivering customer success
  • Experience in developing scalable processes and fostering best practices
  • Experienced people manager with a proven track record of building dynamic and high-performing teams
  • Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree, MBA, or PhD in Life Sciences
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Exposure to software or life science industry
