The Role

Join a new Veeva product team in an exciting space, teaching our customers how to use our products. We’re looking for someone to lead the creation of new documentation materials. You would be instrumental in setting a direction for this new offering and helping it scale and grow.

What You'll Do

  • This role is responsible for managing all documentation deliverables of a new Veeva software offering. They will build out a new documentation site utilizing Veeva best practices and technology where appropriate. Customers using the new offering require training on the software and best practices - this role is responsible for delivering a robust online help site to bring a customer quickly and efficiently up to speed and then keep them updated as new features are added
  • A successful candidate in this role brings a strong background in technical writing for technical SaaS products and instructional design, system administrator, or software development skills. To be successful in this position, you will learn new skills at a quick pace to keep up with product enhancements and actively contribute to the ongoing innovation of our processes.   • Requirements

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and research skills
  • Ability to manage your time effectively when faced with competing priorities
  • Ability to work independently with little direct supervision
  • Experience with Git, and Markdown language
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Veeva does not provide sponsorship of employment visas for this position.
  • Nice to Have

  • Working knowledge of the software development process and cloud software
  • Experience in an agile software development environment
  • Experience in writing for regulated industries
  • Experience using JIRA and Jekyll (or other CMS)

  • Base pay: $70,000 - $110,000
  • The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
