About the Role:

Vercel is looking for an experienced operator to design, implement, and lead our GTM systems architecture. We are looking to build our GTM Systems in a way that will accommodate the rapid growth of the company while also enforcing good development practices, governance and permission controls, and retain flexibility to react to the shifting needs of the company. This role will report directly to the Head of GTM Operations and will need to be able to work autonomously to design and develop sound solutions quickly.

What You Will Do:
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of GTM systems architecture 
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
  • Experience creating, reviewing, and providing feedback on automated workflows
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and tutorials that enable other teams
  • Define, prioritize, plan and execute complex and impactful systems projects
  • Create a systems roadmap and define priorities with stakeholders
  • Experience integrating external systems into a coherent and reportable data model
  • Experience overseeing the automation and implementation of the lead to billing system cycle
About You:
  • Proven systems experience in GTM Operations or RevOps, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success processes in B2B SaaS organizations
  • 5+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Architect
  • Experience supporting Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and Customer Success Ops in achieving quarterly goals
  • Experience developing in a sandbox environment and deploying packages to production
  • Experience working for a SaaS company in either a sales, customer success, or marketing position
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and quickly shift from one project to another as priorities change
Bonus If You:
  • Experience with Tray.io and Marketo strongly preferred
  • Experience with Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, ZoomInfo, and Clearbit a plus
  • Experience installing and managing third party integrations, especially those with data enrichment providers

The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $171,000.00 - $239,000.00.  This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job related skills, experience and location. Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be  adjusted based on employee location.  The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your location during the hiring process.
