Your Mission
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support the company's growth and contribute to the development of the legal department. You will work closely with the board of directors, investors, management, and external counsel to support all aspects of corporate governance, compliance, and housekeeping.
Under the supervision of our Associate General Counsel, you will be involved in all of the day-to-day and major operations of the group's companies.
Your responsibilities
You will independently, with the help of external counsels when needed, manage the day-to-day and exceptional corporate matters of the group's companies in France and abroad (drafting legal documents, holding general meetings and management bodies, approving financial statements, changing directors, monitoring the legal deadlines of the group's companies, etc.)
You will provide your best support during external growth and financing operations
You will manage employee equity incentive mechanisms (Free shares, Stock Options, etc.) using our legal tech tools
You will be responsible for the maintenance of the cap table and other equity-related internal tools
You will assist with the implementation of internal policies and procedures
You will be working hand to hand with our legal ops team to create and automate processes and tools and train your key contact Your qualifications
You have a higher education in law (minimum Bac+4)
You have at least 6 years of experience as a paralegal in corporate law, ideally gained in a business law firm, accounting firm, or large French group.
Full working proficiency in English and French
You are discreet, organized, and enjoy working in a team.
You have meticulous attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
Nice to have:
-previous experience in managing ESOP and/or in a listed company.
-previous experience in the tech ecosystem
