We seek a dedicated and innovative Systems Administrator to join our dynamic Customer Experience (CX) systems team. In this role, you will administer various CX systems, develop solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure seamless operation through automation and efficient process management. In this dynamic and rapidly evolving digital landscape, the seamless coordination and efficient management of tasks and projects have become paramount. This role will be instrumental in assisting and empowering ClickUp, a cutting-edge productivity platform, to thrive and provide top-notch solutions. While your expertise will be utilized by ClickUp, Deel will serve as your Employer of Record in India.   • Administer, monitor, and maintain CX systems to ensure optimal performance with a customer-first mentality.
  • Develop and implement solutions addressing complex CX challenges with a proactive, can-do approach in identifying opportunities and acting with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm.
  • Streamline processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the CX landscape.
  • Design and execute automation strategies to reduce manual workload and increase accuracy.
  • Manage help desk tasks across platforms such as Zendesk and Qualtrics, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Contribute to small-scale projects that contribute to the improvement of the CX environment.
  • Collaborate with CX Systems and cross-functional teams to align CX system functionalities with organizational goals.
  • Create and maintain team documentation
  • Leverage our ClickUp product to track, manage and collaborate on all work tasks and projects.
  • Optimize work processes by developing and refining efficient workflows in a remote workspace, and continuously seeking improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Proven problem-solving skills with an analytical, growth-centric mentality, leveraging feedback and self-reflection to improve continuously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing software.
  • Salesforce, Qualtrics, and/or Ada CX experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with how APIs are used to integrate multiple systems, including Zapier, Make, Integromat, etc.
  • Previous help desk or technical support experience with strong customer-focused mindset
  • Basic familiarity with coding languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively, taking personal ownership in completing assigned work on committed timelines.
