Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:

  • Serve as the customer’s main point of contact within Cyara
  • Maintain close relationships with existing customers to understand their requirements and align them with Cyara’s solutions and services
  • Identify new opportunities within our existing customer base
  • Provide analysis of data to offer insights and strategic plans to optimise the customer experience
  • Oversee all daily and monthly client activities
  • Manage and resolve client issues
  • Organise and host regular client check-in meetings and onsite visits
  • Manage, track and respond to client inquiries
  • Coordinate and manage client special requests & projects
  • Maintain and present monthly and quarterly performance reports
  • Assist in the organisation and preparation of client deliverables
  • Represent the company at marketing events and meetings with prospects or partners
  • Delivery of corporate presentations and solution proposalsInternational travel will be required from time to time
  • Let's talk about your skills and experience:

  • Excellent focus on customer experience: 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success Role
  • Proven business to business relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated background in developing and managing commercial relationships
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Strong technical acumen to add value to customer discussions and translate product strengths into business benefit
  • Knowledge of telephony and WebRTC would be an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills/ Ability to identify patterns and spot trends
  • Customer service focused with a demonstrated record of adding value to customer experiences
  • Previous experience working in a Saas environment or telecoms would be a distinct advantage
  • Strong ‘big picture’ understanding of managed service provision
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is desirable
