We’re looking for a People Partner to help enhance company culture in our new office in downtown New York City. This position will be a hybrid role with 3-4 days in office. We are looking for someone to support optimal culture and drive people and business initiatives across the organization. You will be working closely with employees of all levels, driving initiatives to support our employees, and providing strategic insights, and guidance with respect to employee relations, performance management, coaching/development, conflict management, development and more.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships as a trusted partner and employee advocate, driving performance, retention and engagement.
- Identify and share insights regarding issues and themes in the business to proactively drive the employee life cycle.
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, performance management, employee relations, development and coaching, and organizational development
- Lead teams through people issues, people programs and organizational changes including compensation, talent development, performance, etc.
- Guide and coach managers and leaders to be the best people managers they can be. Support them with employee engagement, employee recognition, retention, manager development, organizational development, and change management.
- Deliver appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees
- Collaborate with People Operations, Talent, and Workplace Experience to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results
- Contribute to various People Team projects
- Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (eg, compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to client groups
What You'll Need:
- 3-5 years of HRBP experience
- Experience working in rapidly scaling startup environment, strongly preferred
- Experience partnering and influencing senior leaders to help drive their people strategy and increase business results
- Being comfortable working with ambiguity and forging your own path
- Exceptional consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
- You are confident and comfortable working with senior leaders, demonstrable ability to challenge while maintaining a strong and constructive relationship.
- Depth of knowledge of people processes across the full employee lifecycle
- Experience in building a high-talent, high-performance environment
- Using qualitative and quantitative people data to inform decisions
- Ability to coach managers and employees and monitor sensitive issues

CompensationCompensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role.
