It’s an exciting time to join Gearset! In the last few years we’ve rocketed from a 7 person start-up to nearly 240 people, and we’re only just getting started. As a product-driven company founded by engineers, we’ve built a platform that truly solves a problem for our customers, and we’re looking for a Sales Manager to join a team built from the ground up on trust, teamwork and tight feedback loops.
On the front lines of our sales org, you’ll support a team with exposure to thousands of companies, all striving to improve their DevOps processes. Working closely with folks in the earlier stages of their SaaS sales career, you’ll see the difference the coaching and training you deliver makes every day, and have a measurable impact on the success of the business.
