Our People and Culture team is looking for a People Operations Business Partner to join our team. This is a strategic role that will collaborate with our business leaders to deliver an overarching strategy that enables our employees to go beyond. This person will execute functional excellence and process improvement while providing great internal customer support. This is a hybrid role, going into the office at least 3 days a week.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Provide guidance on people related initiatives across the company
Understand business goals and recommend new approaches to effect continual improvements in business objectives
Act as a coach and advocate for our employees at all levels across the company to achieve their fullest potential and drive measurable results in their respective roles
Conduct regular check-ins with assigned business units that you support, including regular 1:1s with leaders providing guidance and solutions to people priorities
Lead or support our People Operations day-to-day tasks, as well as project-oriented responsibilities
Lead benefits administration, open enrollment, and payroll preparation
Successfully monitor, report, and recommend solutions on the "pulse" of the employee experience to ensure a high level of employee engagement, including ownership of action plans to address opportunities for improvement and/or continued engagement
Help drive employee engagement initiatives, including partnering with the P&C team to promote cultural events and initiatives
Drive effective employee relations, retention and reward programs, including merit increases, mobility, and performance management
Help manage succession management and calibration sessions with leaders throughout the organization
Help manage total rewards strategy inclusive of compensation, benefits, and perks
Have a passion for innovative People Operations solutions and process improvement, and help drive end-to-end solutions
Help to implement People Operations scorecards and metrics for the function
Communicate People Operations policy and change to all levels in the company
Ensure organizational compliance with relevant laws and regulations globally
Must be available to be in the office 3 days/week WHAT SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE WILL YOU BRING?
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of related work experience
Experience working with HRIS, performance management tools, employee engagement tools
Good prioritization skills, ability to pivot and shift gears if project priorities change
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented, process driven, and well organized
Strong management and team development skills
High level of emotional intelligence
Strong team player, friendly, approachable, even if you haven't had your coffee
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, running reports, putting together presentations
