We are currently looking for a

JuniorCustomer Success Manager (all genders) based in Germany or working remote.

Your mission with us:

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless customer experience, guaranteeing that customers enjoy exceptional service with Lingoda and choose to stay with us for the long term.

Your tasks:

  • Collecting and updating all info for the database
  • Admin and Credit Management
  • First Level Support for all B2B customers
  • Resolving of customer issues
  • Welcoming and onboarding new students
  • Keeping track of payments
  • Data Management and Reporting
  • Keeping a “high-level view” of the entire support process and constantly improve workflows
  • Bridge the gap between sales and customer support
  • You bring to Lingoda:

  • Basic knowledge of Hubspot advantageous
  • Being structured and have the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects while well managing your own time
  • Strong interpersonal skills: able to motivate, inspire and work alongside a variety of people and disciplines
  • Being an excellent communicator
  • Not being afraid of complexity and problem-solving
  • Hands-on work mentality
  • Being open to feedback to consistently improve quality and skill set
  • Being proactive and take ownership of your tasks and your own development
  • Fluency (C1 level) in both English & German languages
