At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.  

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

Duties: The Principal Product Manager at GoDaddy.com, LLC in Tempe, Arizona will develop technical products to ensure seamless, secure and efficient customer experiences. Ensure positive experiences with sign-up and sign-in account processes, while protecting account from malicious actors. Lead Authentication strategy and execution in collaboration with various teams across company. Lead product discovery, ideation, alignment, delivery, and ongoing iterative improvement. Collaborate with analysts and researchers to demonstrate and quantify results of creative designs delivered in customer satisfaction and business performance. Prioritize initiatives and formulate yearly roadmap for team to execute. Lead engineering teams in forming and validating hypotheses and making iterative releases. Build a team culture that supports high performance and quality. Instrument and analyze results, connecting everything from user event tracking and operational data to core business metrics. Partner with product marketing and sales counterparts to develop launch strategies, training materials, and user feedback loops. Telecommuting permissible.

Salary: GoDaddy's compensation may vary based on an individual's qualifications at the time of the offer. The annual base salary range is $120,000 - $240,000 per year.

Location: Tempe, AZ

Minimum Requirements: Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science or related field plus 3 years of experience as a technical product manager or related occupation.  Experience must include 3 years of experience in each of the following: (1) Developing long-term product visions and short-term product roadmaps; (2) Incorporating data, research, and market analysis to advise product strategies and roadmaps; (3) Authentication technologies and trends, including Multifactor Authentication or Single Sign On; (4) Querying data from systems to gather insights into user interaction; and (5) Agile development methodologies.
