The Intern – People and Culture will support the team with various projects and tasks across the People and Culture function.

Essential Functions

  • Review resumes and select qualified candidates for further screening
  • Assist with sourcing and talent attraction or branding activities
  • Assist with data clean up and/or organizing physical and electronic files
  • Participate in and/or assist with various strategic projects
  • Assist with additional responsibilities as assigned based on business need
  • Minimum Requirements

  • Professional demeanor and communication style
  • Ability to manage time and balance priorities to accomplish necessary tasks
  • Ability to review information and make decisions based on established criteria
  • Interest in a part time summer internship (20 – 25 hours per week for 12 weeks)
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in the human resources and/or talent acquisition field
  • Previous experience supporting a recruiting or talent acquisition team
  • Work Environment

  • Primarily work from home with some in office days during the internship
