POSITION SUMMARY
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing, planning, directing, coordinating, monitoring and/or supervising business and program processes along with all business operational systems. Reporting to the Director of Growth Operations, the Administrator will research and develop analytics reporting in support of organizational strategic plans and make recommendations to achieve the goals and objectives of the company all while maintaining data governance standards and ensuring that all operational, procedural, and regulatory requirements are met.
WHO YOU ARE
A SME and owner of architecture, implementation, maintenance, upgrades, deployment, integration and management of Salesforce and other internal business applications of our GTM infrastructure
An internal support function, ensuring constant and consistent coordination of all third-party contracts that provide services that integrate with our CRM system or are utilized by our Growth team
A project manager extraordinaire who is able to manage key GTM system initiatives
A master communicator who can work closely with internal stakeholders to drive growth through process creation and improvement as well as data analysis and reporting
Able to work well with and without direction, intellectually curious and always seeking improvement
Successful at developing solid relationships in a short period of time
Possess sound judgment and can handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
A proactive communicator who is thoughtful of areas where communication gaps may exist

Proud of your proven track record of consistently delivering system and process improvements with limited business interruption WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
In collaboration with internal operations teams and development teams, managing and implementing a suite of all -functional, technology-based solutions MUST HAVE'S
5+ years in a Business Systems or Systems Architecture role at a fast-growth technology company, with demonstrable experience owning systems strategy, management, and roadmap for large cross-functional teams.
Certified Salesforce administrator for a B2B organization (> 250 users minimum)
Experience working with companies that have multiple customer types/products
Demonstrates an ordered, systematic approach to solutioning
Strong business and technical acumen; able to translate business challenges into scalable technology-based solutions.
Experience creating and managing complex project plans with multiple interdependencies, consistent track record of meeting deadlines, and able to proactively raise and solve for blockers or risks.
Effective communication skills; able to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including leadership and cross-functional teams. NICE TO HAVES

Base salary range: USD $75,000 - $90,000 yearly
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of Truveris’s total compensation package for employees.
