TTEC is looking for an enthusiastic Developer to join our rapidly expanding Multi-Channel Solutions team. As a Senior Systems Software Developer, you will have hands-on exposure to a wide range of technologies and will be responsible for providing technical solutions to meet the various needs of our clients. You will enjoy involvement in the full-life cycle of an implementation project, while interacting closely with the client to meet specific needs throughout the process. You will work as part of a team of professionals that play a key role in implementing solutions and delivering results.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead Voice and AI Self-Service solutions of large, multi-location contact centers
Design, develop and implement call steering and voice and messaging self service applications using AI cloud services development environments
Define requirements and business specifications to drive technical design
Collaborate with project team members to provide input to design specifications
Integrate to backend systems using web services, databases, and reporting
Perform Unit Testing of developed code
Assist with System and Functional Testing What You'll Bring to the Role
4+ Years of Industry Experience working with Contact Center Technology
2+ Years of Technical Experience with IVA and Speech to Text service providers
1 to 2 years Cisco CVP/WebexCCE/CC/UJet design and architecture experience
Experience in managing large multi-site contact center implementations
Experience managing development teams working with IVA & Speech applications. Familiar with call flows from IVR to CTI for call routing and screen pop
Experience in writing technical design specifications for IVA and Speech applications
Experience in developing call flows for complex applications
Candidate must have a 4-year bachelor’s degree in a computer related degree
Must be able to work independently, be organized, self-motivated, and have attention to detail
Experience or coursework in the following: Chat and voice AI service technologies, Natural Language Processing, Natural Language Understanding, Java, JavaScript, .NET, C#, HTML, SQL and Python
VXML based IVR platforms such as CVP, GVP, AVP/AEP, Amazon Connect, five 9s
Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech services such as Nuance, Google, Amazon, and Watson
Natural Language Processing and chat platforms such as Google, Watson, Rulai, Nuance MIX, Kore.ai, Amazon, and LivePerson
Continuous Improvement process
Cloud Services Architecture
Developing solutions using Java, Python, R, HTML, JavaScript, Node.js, AngularJS, C#, .Net, SQL, SDK development, Objective C, Swift
Integration with back-end data systemssuch as Web Services, REST API, Soap, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB and PostgreSQL What You Can Expect
The anticipated range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $130,000 to $160,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
