As an HR Generalist - Process Specialist, you will play a critical role in overseeing and administering various HR processes within our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that HR operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and regulations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong process administration skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement.

What you'll do:

  • Process Administration: Follow process documentation to manage day-to-day administrative tasks with efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
  • Policy Compliance: Follow HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and Approve Requests: Follow standard processes to review and approve requests, such as time off requests and employee expense reimbursements for HR programs. Escalate requests outside of the standard practices.
  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire onboarding into systems, paperwork completion, and offboarding tasks.
  • HRIS Management: Manage the data entry of the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing information, guidance and support as needed.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Compile and run predefined reports as needed. Prepare regular recurring reports for management needs.
  • Compliance Reviews: Conduct periodic reviews to ensure HR processes and practices are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Help to proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance HR operations.

  • Proficiency in data entry with HRIS systems, and leveraging G Suite products.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
