Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of Managed Service Provider Sales Operations, including Monthly MSP Analysis & Allocation, MSP Claim Process Management, and MSP Dispute Management. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Shift Timings: 9AM GMT to 5 PM GMT

What you will do

  • Monthly Analysis & Allocation:
  • a)Conduct thorough analysis of new tenants utilizing available tools to accurately determine end-user territory.
  • b)Assign appropriate end-user territories and meticulously input data into Anaplan for seamless alignment.
  • c)Implement Anaplan Bill Split functionality to ensure precise quota crediting
  • d)Collaborate closely with SOPs Data Team/ICM Team to guarantee adherence to proper compensation procedures.
  • MSP Claim Process Management:
  • a)Oversee the submission process for SMB/MM/ENT claims related to Term/Flex conversion.
  • b)Uphold MSP Claim Process Policies rigorously, with guidance from Compensation Management/SOPs VP.
  • MSP Dispute Management: Work in tandem with Compensation Manager to effectively resolve any compensation disputes, ensuring fairness and clarity throughout the process.
  • What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, finance, or related field.
  • Proficiency in using analytical tools and software (e.g., Anaplan, D&B).
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and compensation structures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience working in a technology or software sales environment.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Previous experience with MSP claim processes and dispute resolution
