SpecterOps is a cybersecurity solutions and services provider specializing in deep knowledge of adversary tradecraft to help clients detect and defend against sophisticated attackers. 

Its flagship software product, BloodHound Enterprise is a defensive Attack Path Management solution for Active Directory based on the enormously popular BloodHound open-source software. BloodHound Enterprise allows defenders to finally take prioritized actions in their environments to cut off millions of Attack Paths at once and defend their organizations from cybersecurity attacks such as ransomware. 

Role Overview

As the Head of Product Marketing for BloodHound Enterprise (BHE), you will play a pivotal role in driving the ongoing success of our flagship product which is already transforming how security teams manage identity risk through the techniques of Attack Path Management

You will report directly to the Chief of Staff, work very closely with the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams and be responsible for a range of critical components that contribute to our product's reputation, growth, and success.

You will own product messaging, positioning, launches, sales enablement, and driving adoption across channels for BHE. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to clearly articulate BloodHound Enterprise's value proposition to priority buyers and users. 

Salary Range: $195,000 - $260,000 base salary annually, commensurate with experience 

Location: This position is remote, based in the U.S. with optional travel quarterly for in-person company events and other ad hoc meetings 

  • Candidate must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; we do not currently sponsor immigration visas. 

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with product management and marketing to scope and orchestrate successful launches - from positioning to purchase to adoption.
  • Crafting differentiated messaging and content that moves buyers through each stage of the buying journey - from awareness to discovery, conviction, retention, and expansion.
  • Enabling sales with narratives and sales decks, competitive battle cards, training, and expertise that establishes them as trusted advisors to security leaders.
  • Engaging BloodHound's open-source community to identify and equip champions of the enterprise offering
  • Leading voice of the customer efforts including buyer interviews, journey mapping, and sharing insights across the organization.
  • Collaborating on crafting BloodHound Enterprise's leadership story and co-leading the analysts relationships efforts and briefings alongside product leadership.

Requirements:

  • A hands-on owner mentality: you love doing the work, talking to customers, and crafting great marketing assets. You take full ownership of the output quality and impact.
  • A technical background with a proven ability to understand the product and technology.
  • Experience with open-source communities 
  • Authentic and passionate educator: You understand that marketing is about inspiring and educating your users and buyers to help them make great purchase decisions and have greater impact on their organizations
  • Proven track record of effective prioritization
