Stem is looking for an analyst to join our Artist & Label Investment team who will be responsible for developing and deploying capital solutions for independent musicians. This role will be at the forefront of entertainment financing, shifting the paradigm of how artists can access growth capital while retaining ownership of their intellectual property.
This person will work closely with our general manager, investment manager, and business intelligence team, learning the methodologies for valuing music and pricing advances. They will be assisting in diligence, contributing to process improvements, and tracking ongoing portfolio performance. This person will also gain exposure to the development of long-term artist financing and release strategies.
This role is full-time and fully remote, with occasional in-person get-togethers in Los Angeles for which we cover travel / lodging for out-of-town employees.

The salary range for this job is $70K to $75K. This is a good faith effort at the time of posting. This range is base salary only and does not include equity, benefits, and any other compensatory components of the role.
