Are you passionate about ensuring excellence in product quality? Join our dynamic team as a skilled Quality Assurance professional, where you'll play a vital role in upholding the highest standards of excellence through rigorous testing and meticulous attention to detail.

What you'll be doing:

Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures.

Test marketing campaigns and journeys to ensure they follow the expected experience and outcome.

Identify errors, unintended results/outputs, missing data in workflows and provide recommendedsolutions.

Collaborate with team members to ensure that quality standards are met.

Document testing results and report on defects to stakeholders.

Create QA SOPs for various types of growth initiatives.

Become the go-to person for stakeholders when further investigation is needed.

What you need to have:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA Analyst.

Basic knowledge of marketing concepts.

Experience with marketing automation tools.

Experience in Web (UI and API) and mobile tests.

Experience in test case design, creation, execution, and report.

Exposure to some tools like Iterable, VWO, Looker, JIRA, Notion.

Solid knowledge in testing best practices.

Experience in agile methodology projects.

Good analysis, organization, communication, teamwork skills, and attention to detail.

A dynamic and critical spirit.

Ability and taste for learning.

Autonomy and initiative.

High level of attention to detail.

Creative problem solving.

What we would love to see:

QA certification or equivalent accreditation (e.g. ISTQB).

Understanding of test automation.
