As a Transaction Manager at Agreena, your role is crucial in negotiating, structuring, and executing partnership agreements. You'll be responsible for overseeing every aspect of these agreements, from managing contract obligations to conducting financial analysis and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering relationships with partner organisations, aligning their goals with Agreena's objectives, and ultimately delivering mutual value. Drawing on your skills in driving successful partnerships, you'll play a key role in expanding Agreena's reach and impact in the agritech sector.
This role will report directly to the Head of Strategic Partnerships and ideally you will be comfortable making the journey to our London or Copenhagen office at least 2 days per week to spend time in one of our main offices. There will also be regular travel to other offices, alongside regular trips elsewhere.
