Villa is building America’s leading next-generation homebuilding platform. With a mission to be the easiest, fastest, and most cost-efficient way to build homes, Villa is a highly scalable new approach to offsite homebuilding and is playing a critical role in solving the many problems facing the U.S. housing market. Villa provides end-to-end services for clients that span feasibility, design, permitting, and construction of high-quality homes built using modern offsite construction. Villa is currently the largest ADU builder in California and is growing rapidly into other housing products and geographies.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a high energy and organized sales hire to manage all major touchpoints with our customers during the sales process. Account Executives will focus on effectively communicating our value proposition and building relationships with customers, with the ultimate goal of signing a contract to begin their ADU project. Ideal candidates will put their customer’s success first, and go above and beyond to find the best housing solution to match their needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide consultation services to customers to evaluate project feasibility and cost.
  • Work closely with SDRs to ensure meeting scheduling successfully occurs.
  • Manage the entirety of the sales and design process from deposit to contract.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on our product, providing prospects with peace of mind that we are unlike any company in the industry.
  • Use industry standard tools, such as Bluebeam, to build initial site plans.
  • Present our value proposition in a clear and concise manner.
  • Diligently update Salesforce, ensuring our CRM system stays up-to-date with correct information.
  • Have full knowledge of the target prospect base and manage an ongoing prospect pipeline.
  • Report KPI’s to sales leadership.
  • What You Have:

  • 3-5 years sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and enjoy interacting with people via phone, email and social media to articulate ideas and gain their trust, and have experience drafting clear communications that demonstrate attention to detail.
  • A track record of personal accountability, and a high standard of integrity and professionalism. You’ve demonstrated resilience and a desire to succeed in the face of new and/or unforeseen challenges.
  • Team-player with a strong desire to help reinforce and improve internal processes.
  • A desire to learn, grow and get in on the ground floor of a company that is changing housing.
  • Receptive to feedback, with the willingness to learn and embrace continuous improvement.
  • Background in homebuilding, real estate or construction sales is a bonus!
  • The salary ranges for the position are:

    California: $78,200 - $92,000, plus commission

    Colorado or Texas: $72,725 - $85,560, plus commission
