Your role as the Marketo Campaign Manager

You will work in a shared services model as an extension of our client’s marketing team, managing and executing multiple concurrent email campaigns against strict timelines. You will leverage your email marketing skills and Marketo experience to deliver successful B2B campaigns.

This role is remote and can be located in any US state, except for Hawaii.

How you’ll contribute as the Marketo Campaign Manager

  • Build, test, and launch email programs and landing pages, operating in the client’s Marketo instance to build scripts, audience segments, and emails
  • Ensure campaign owners and key stakeholders remain engaged, provide necessary content inputs, and review and approve campaigns
  • Respond to campaign support requests in a timely manner and schedule kickoff calls with campaign owners
  • If Bridge is developing campaign content, work in tandem with the designated project manager, writer, and designer to build out a workback schedule that will involve interaction with the client and internal Bridge Partners teams to oversee the creation of all campaign deliverables
  • Manage localization workflow and ensure timelines meet all stated SLAs
  • Your skills and approach as the Marketo Campaign Manager

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience. B2B marketing experience preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on Marketo experience. Marketo Certified Professional preferred
  • High-energy creativity and resourcefulness, with a demonstrated ability to provide outstanding client service and project leadership
  • Personal accountability, ownership, and sense of urgency to drive marketing campaigns and projects; ability to break down work streams into organized, actionable objectives
  • Polished, proven communication skills and the professional presence to build relationships
  • Attention to detail and desire to continuously improve tactical execution
  • Willingness to work asynchronously with globally distributed client stakeholders
  • Experience with preparing for and leading online/virtual client meetings
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and driving complex campaigns and initiatives to completion
  • Excellent project management and organization skills, including ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time
  • Exceptional soft-skills including client consulting, relationship building, and service mantra
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant major/area of study preferred
  • Additional Information

    The salary range for this role is $90,000-$115,000. Actual salary will be determined based on relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location of the hired candidate. The salary listed here is specific to this opening only.
