Compensation: Our target hiring range is $55,000 annual base salary, plus an annual on-target commission of $55,000, for an on-target earning of $110,000. Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills, and commission is earned based on new revenue sold against target goals.

Campminder’s Flexible Working Location: Our employees have the option to work 100% remotely or their choice of days at home and at our office in Boulder, Colorado. We host a variety of all-company hybrid meetings and social events. We require anybody working remotely to have a very reliable, high-speed internet connection.

At Campminder, we build web and mobile enterprise SaaS (Software as a Service) products that help summer camps streamline their business operations. As an Account Executive, you’ll join our Sales & Marketing team. They will tell you this role is a dynamic mix of high expectations and triumphant wins along with the work it takes to serve our wide variety of prospects and customers. But the camaraderie, friendships, and sense of accomplishment among the team are what make this role so compelling. As an Account Executive at Campminder, you will: 

  • Understand Campminder's target market, platform, and value proposition.
  • Manage sales processes that include prospecting, lead qualification, product demonstrations, forecasting, and account strategy.
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and responding to leads coming from potential accounts; soliciting select new accounts; consulting on their camp administrative needs, preparing proposals; and closing business
  • Partner with Marketing to drive demand
  • Attend industry trade shows and conferences several times a year, typically in the fall and spring
  • Engage in weekly sync-ups and meetings with your team to discuss progress, roadblocks, leads, etc.

We think a successful candidate will bring: 

  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets and/or client growth metrics 
  • Experience using a CRM (we use Salesforce)
  • Curiosity and initiative to learn everything about our product and clients through active listening, asking questions, and seeking answers
  • Ability to navigate conversations about financials with empathy and optimism
  • A personal and professional connection to our six Core Values
