We’re looking for an Business Development Manager to support our Sales team.
Position Summary
As a Business Development Manager you will serve as the front line sales interaction with new clients at Coalfire. You will bring clients through the entire deal life cycle (prospect, qualify, partner with service experts to define work, propose solutions, negotiate terms, and close the deal). In this position you will serve as a key liaison between our clients and key internal stakeholders on every deal (delivery experts, legal, pre-sales, etc). This is a fast paced role that requires strong organization and communication skills along with a drive to meet and exceed goals. Coalfire is rapidly growing and targeting hungry individuals who are looking develop a career in Cybersecurity and Offensive Security sales.

At Coalfire, equal opportunity and pay equity is integral to the way we do business. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role is $40,000 to $69,000 based on national salary averages. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certifications and other factors. You may also be eligible to participate in annual incentive, commission, and/or recognition programs.
