Day-to-Day 

  • Recruit and build teams of high-performing Course Development and Review engineers.
  • Oversee the day-to-day production process.
  • Own and optimize the leading and lagging indicators of production health.
  • Collaborate with product and GTM leadership to establish a clear production roadmap.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing teams.
  • Track record of building winning teams and optimizing complex production processes.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fundamental technical skills (able to read, understand, and write basic code in any programming language).

Salary Projection

In accordance with local regulations in jurisdictions where CodeSignal may hire, we are projecting an annual base salary in the range of USD $135,000-$235,000. Offer packages often contain additional compensation in the form of performance bonuses, equity, and/or benefits. Offers are awarded on an individual basis and are subject to factors such as, without limitation, a candidate’s level of experience, growth trajectory, and local labor market. Employees' compensation is reviewed and adjusted regularly.

Salary Projection
