About this role

Faire is seeking a strong, operations-minded professional to join us as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst. We are a fast-paced, high-growth company, making it crucial to build and integrate our systems to support, organize, and automate a B2B business model. This position will be responsible for day to day support, assessment of new vendors, system implementations globally, post implementation reviews, month end/quarter end activities and improvements. They will be a strong collaborator and thought partner with stakeholders throughout finance and accounting organizations to gather requirements and oversee the build of an accurate, automated, and integrated network of systems.

What you’ll do 

  • Provide Tier1 support to all financial systems like NetSuite, Zip, Concur, Pigment/Adaptive, Navan 
  • Working under minimal supervision, serve as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.
  • Work to understand complex business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
  • Examine user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing systems and automation while reviewing and analyzing technical reports, manuals, periodicals, and other reference materials to develop programs to meet needs. 
  • Review existing computer systems to understand capabilities and make recommendations, including upgrading to and purchasing new equipment or software packages. 
  • Ensure stability, integration, and integrity of production systems.
  • Monitor, record, investigate, and diagnose system faults and errors aimed to resolve technical issues and respond to requests for support.
  • Implement & Participate in the Change Management process for all applications while maintaining internal controls.

Qualifications 

  • 8+ years of progressive ERP experience, including at least 3 years with NetSuite
  • 3+ years working with P2P suites with at least 1 year with any procurement application
  • 2+ years working with travel and expense tools such as, Navan/TripActions, Concur, or Expensify
  • 1+ years working with integrating financial systems with HR tools such as Workday
  • Strong alignment to our mission and values
  • Deep expertise in Tech industry financial processes and designing systems to scale
  • Ability to partner effectively with executives and managers

Salary Range

California / New York: the pay range for this role is $186,000 - 256,000

per year. 

This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
