Granicus is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join our Software as a Service (SaaS), Digital Platform Implementations team. This role is a remote, Costa Rica-based position that is part of Grancius' effort to grow our presence and professional services team in Central America. It will be an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the government SaaS space, empowering government with the ability to better engage, serve and communicate with the public through our digital service platforms.

Project Managers lead and execute projects in support of Granicus’ suite of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. We do this through teams of communicators and legislative experts and subject matter experts. Project Managers have access to in-house strategists, implementers, designers, developers, and trainers who share Granicus’ standards of excellence across client deliverables and relationships. Strong candidates have a proven track record of successfully managing projects for government clients, as well as demonstrated leadership capabilities. A desire to be part of a results-driven, client-focused, fast paced team who loves the mission of providing best-in-class service to clients is a must.

What your impact will look like here:

  • Manage complex mission driven projects for public sector clients
  • Own the project scope, timeline, and budget of the software implementation and deployment process
  • Responsible for coordination of cross-functional teams to best serve Granicus' government customers
  • Oversee quality assurance, execution, delivery, reporting and contract compliance for all project deliverables
  • Leverage company standard processes and tools for executing, tracking, and billing projects
  • Serve as an innovator to strengthen the value of Services projects and to expand SaaS offerings
  • Provide expertise as a trusted advisor to internal resources, customers and partners
  • Maintain proactive approach to executing customer initiatives, anticipating customer needs and guiding decisions based on data and best practices
  • Partner with and consult with internal teams in pursuit of Services opportunities
  • Provide feedback to sales and support functions on project execution in retrospective meetings where applicable to adjust proposal and process changes on future projects
  • Survey and analyze customer satisfaction of projects delivered by department
  • Enlist internal stakeholders to help navigate within a customer organization and manage escalations
  • You'll love this job if you have / can / are:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience overseeing complex projects
  • Experience managing projects and working with distributed/remote teams
  • Experience and/or enthusiasm for public service, citizen engagement, legislative processes, and digital communication
  • Commitment to maintain and exceed Granicus’ standard of excellence in project management, deliverables and personnel
  • Enjoy managing simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to satisfy project and client objectives and achieve consistently high customer satisfaction feedback
  • Familiar with digital Content Management systems and web tools
  • Demonstrated project management experience, or any equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Proficient use of project management solutions
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office solutions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Possess superior communication (oral and written) and analytical skills
  • Security Requirement:

  • Responsible for Granicus information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets in accordance with the company's information security program.
  • Responsible for ensuring the data privacy of our employees and customers, their data, as well as taking all required privacy training in a timely manner, in accordance with company policies.
  • Salary range varies depending on candidate experience, qualifications and location, and internal equity based delta.
