Grove is currently hiring a Social Community Engagement Manager to manage the planning, execution, and day-to-day community management for all social media channels. With over 600k Instagram followers and a Facebook community of 30k VIPs, you’ll develop engaging, on-trend social content, to ensure surprise and delight Grove’s community. This role will partner cross-functionally with teams to bring the company’s vision and mission to life. Remote first with San Francisco Headquarters, this role will report to our Head of Social Media.

  • Data-driven and seeks to grow the channels in support of business objectives, but also deeply connected to popular trends/culture and are energized by our community conversations
  • Loves developing innovative ideas that enrich and gather rich insights from our online community.
  • Responsibilities

  • Address appropriate comments and flag to the appropriate internal team members across priority channels
  • Lead the community of brand evangelists by executing communications and engagement strategies across our social properties, including Facebook Community Group
  • Write community-driven strategies, create engaging content, posting, publishing, reporting, and analyzing data to provide effective social community-driven engagement and results
  • Bring your passion about speaking for our online community, and also disseminate feedback and trends thoughtfully, backed up with dataAssist in day-to-day responsibilities of “owned organic” social media channels to ensure brand consistency and increase brand engagement
  • Provide social listening and social media analytics, creating dashboards and reports to steer our brand leadership team and present reports inclusive of content performance, competitor performance and offer key learnings and recommendations
  • Monitor social media landscape to identify trends, relevant content to repurpose, and user generated content
  • Identify and institute best practices for all Grove’s social accounts
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners on campaigns and projects
  • Schedule internal and external meetings when necessary. Ensure projects and next steps are noted and followed up timely
  • Experience Needed

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in social media or customer service
  • Passion for the social media space, up-to-date on current trendsPassion for sustainability and eco-friendly living
  • Strong social copywriting skills and demonstrable creative concepting skills
  • Some experience with developing rich creative briefs or in partnering with a creative team to achieve desired creative vision
  • Detail-oriented and organized. Able to prioritize, multi-task, and deliver strict deadlines
  • Knowledge of social media management tools
  • Experience using social media tools like Dash Hudson, Canva, Cap Cut, and Sprout Social is a plus
  • Basic graphic design experience preferred

  • This full-time, exempt position is remote in one of the 23 states where Grove has established payroll. The budgeted salary range is $60,000 - $75,000. This pay range is based upon the national average and may vary depending on geographical work location
