Lead customer-facing integration projects, leveraging technical expertise to drive successful implementations and maximize customer impact.
Offer hands-on guidance and technical leadership on integration design, taking an active role in ensuring solutions align with partner needs and drive impactful outcomes.
Optimize integration processes for scalability and performance in high-volume environments, ensuring firsthand seamless customer experiences and maximum impact.
Dive into innovation by iterating on new features and use cases in response to partner feedback, personally leading efforts for continuous improvement and delivering impactful solutions.
Serve as key engineering point of contact for key partner

5+ years experience shipping production code in enterprise environments
Familiarity with Go, Python, or other general purpose languages
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non technical audiences
Strong familiarity with low latency problem spaces and data engineering concepts
Passion for learning new things and educating others
Highly efficient and organized
Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to progressively probe, analyze, identify root causes of problems, provide practical solutions, and negotiate resolutions
