Our Legal team is a team of attentive professionals who deal with a variety of issues, including privacy, intellectual property, employment, compliance, mergers, and acquisitions. As legal business partners, we ensure the quality and efficiency of the organization.

Main Responsibilites

Provide daily legal advice on various commercial, marketing, and regulatory law issues.

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements (direct sales, indirect sales, marketing, software, technology, and other vendor agreements, etc.).

Research and evaluate legal issues and risk factors and provide strategic advice to businesses.

Provide business-oriented practical advice and risk mitigation strategies across multiple jurisdictions.

Create and maintain standard form agreements and establish processes that minimize the need for extensive legal support in handling routine tasks.

Keep up with market developments, proactively contribute ideas, and work closely with other lawyers and internal stakeholders.

Core Requirements

Master’s degree in Law.

5+ years of relevant experience (experience with tech sector would be an advantage).

Good understanding of commercial and marketing law.

Knowledge of IP/IT, software regulatory and data protection laws would be an advantage.

Ability to provide and coordinate legal guidance across a wide range of legal issues in various jurisdictions.

Experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.

Exceptional time management, task ownership, and prioritization skills.

Being a good team player but also able to work independently.

Salary Range

Gross Salary 4960 – 6120 EUR/Month.
