Position Summary:
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager at PointClickCare is a primary representative from the Marketing team owning go-to-market and new product launch planning and execution. In this role, you will be the customer-facing subject matter expert responsible for understanding how they relate to customer needs and buying criteria, developing marketing and sales enablement assets and tools to transfer that knowledge to the sales channel, and supporting prospect education and lead generation/nurture programs.
In addition to working with the Marketing team, you will regularly collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Product Management, Customer Success and others). It is a balancing act that requires strong diplomatic skills, including knowing when to push back and when to dive in.

At PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The US base salary range for this position is $111,000 - $126,000 + bonus or commission + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
