We are hiring a Generative AI Solutions Engineer, aiR, to help us build the next generation of our products!

Responsibilities

Work externally with our clients to manage generative AI experiments in identifying relevance, key documents, issues, privilege, investigative signals, and building their case strategy in large collections of documents using generative AI models.

Work internally with our applied scientists, product managers, designers, engineers, and customer enablement teams to provide internal feedback and suggestions on the enablement, performance, usability, and functionality of our generative AI solutions.

Calculate and interpret metrics such as elusion, precision, and recall to evaluate the quality and accuracy of our candidate generative AI solutions.

Be hands-on in managing experiments, reviewing queues, communicating updates, coordinating feedback, and resolving issues with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

5 years of relevant work experience

Hands-on experience with Relativity in typical EDRM / review flows, ideally Review Center as well.

Strong communication, able to synthesize and communicate complex technical concepts and results to internal and external audiences.

(Ideal) Understanding of TAR, statistical validation, and other advanced techniques for document review and analysis.

(Ideal) JD or other legal experience

(Ideal) Experience with generative AI, natural language processing, or machine learning, or a strong interest and willingness to learn.

Compensation

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $155,000 and $209,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
