We embody the same principles and values we emphasize in our SAI360 platform to enable our customers to support their own company culture: that mutual understanding is the path to compliance and integrity. As a team, we operate with valor, vigor, focus, and discipline.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Director of Product Marketing and Analyst Relations who is the evangelist for our Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) software product line. This means you play a critical role in driving success in sales and marketing to sell our product to new customers and upsell to existing customers. You will know our competitors as well as you know our own product and how to sell against them. You’ll know our buyers and how they make their buying decisions. And you’ll use all your knowledge to develop messaging that resonates with our buyers and empowers our sales teams to be successful.

You’ll work together with our Marketing team to generate demand and position us as a thought leader in our industry. You view our sales team as your internal customers and work to support them in delighting our customers and prospects. Collaborating with our Sales, Marketing and Product teams, you’ll launch new releases and aren’t afraid to jump in and talk to clients and prospects when needed.

Working with a wide range of stakeholders, you’ll optimize the profile and visibility of SAI360’s products and services within the analyst community and ensure that analysts have sufficient knowledge and confidence in our products to recommend them to their Clients and to represent us favorably in competitive reports.

  • Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas.
  • Understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn.
  • Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes.
  • Plan the launches of net-new products and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
  • Act as the primary thought leader for the products you support externally, including speaking engagements and written works.
  • Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry analysts
  • Develop, execute, and manage analyst relations plans and strategies
  • Qualifications and Experience

  • 5-10 years of product marketing experience preferably in a B2B GRC software industry
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required along with the ability to collaborate within a remote-work environment throughout all levels of the organization.
  • Diplomatic skills to work across teams knowing when to push back and when to dive in
  • Strong speaking skills, comfortable in front of large group with the desire and ability to show off your product to customers and prospects.
  • A curious mind to learn new things about the product, your industry and your customers.
