About the Stealth Venture

StealthCo is the first digitally native hair restoration clinic for the modern patient. The Company is disrupting the $50B+ hair restoration market by creating a journey that is accessible and easy to navigate, while empowering patients to recapture their confidence with dignity and ease.

StealthCo’s care journey will be high-touch and will allow patients to engage virtually and in its first clinic opening in New York City in 2023. StealthCo’s core service offering is focused on surgical hair transplants combined with a range of non-surgical services, medications, and over-the-counter options for durable results to maintain and restore one’s hair. StealthCo is creating a personalized and concierge-like member experience from consultation through recovery that is grounded in transparency and convenience with best-in-class clinical outcomes and a purpose-built digital platform.

About the Job

As the Director of Marketing, you will own all of StealthCo’s marketing activities as we prepare for launch, open our first clinic, and scale into more markets. You will work with and report to StealthCo’s CEO to define, build, and lead the Company’s go-to-market strategy.

What you'll do:
  • Develop a marketing plan & budget across key channels including (paid) social, search, and SEO
  • Build & source creative content to promote StealthCo across channels
  • Test & iterate on most effective customer acquisition channels, landing pages, and website content
  • Develop marketing analytics & dashboards to track performance
  • Develop key scripts, collateral, and touchpoints to convert leads from consult booking to treatment
What you'll need:
  • You have 5-7 years of experience in digital consumer marketing
    • You have 2+ years of experience with Google AdWords
    • You have 2+ years of experience with Meta Business Suite
  • You’ve led a growth marketing function
  • You have successfully managed partners & agencies to develop comprehensive marketing programs
  • You’ve created KPIs and dashboards to measure channel performance
  • You’ve scaled marketing channels through campaigns & creative optimizations
What you'll bring to the table:
  • You are familiar with major customer acquisition channels and platforms
  • You have the technical expertise to run complex campaigns and measure outcome
  • You are fluent in data analytics and major marketing software
  • You understand key customer-level performance metrics and analysis (e.g. CAC, retention, LTV)

Additional Information:

Full-time base salary range of $150,000 - $180,000 plus equity
