We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with qualified candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process, and ensuring a top-tier candidate experience. You will act as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers providing them with learnings and insights throughout each search with the goal of delivering the best hire possible.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the technology landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully hiring technical professionals. Experience with Greenhouse, as well as working in high growth organizations and marketplace technologies, is highly preferred.
What You'll Work On:- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical hiring needs.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques (such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and technical evaluations for candidates.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize Greenhouse applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate workflows, maintain accurate records, and generate reports.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process, including conducting reference checks and coordinating background checks.
- 4+ years in full lifecycle Technical Recruiting (preferred experience in high growth startup environments)
- Strong knowledge of technical roles, skills, and technologies in engineering, product, data, and design
- Excellent sourcing and networking skills with a track record of attracting and engaging passive candidates.
- Experience working with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong data literacy and desire to build and/or improve talent processes
At Taskrabbit, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent and equitable. total compensation consists of base pay + bonus + benefits + perks.
The base pay range for this position is $80,000 - $111,000. This range is representative of base pay only, and does not include any other total cash compensation amounts, such as company bonus or benefits. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above, and will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, geography, and level.
