Team Overview:
The Enablement & Automation team is a stream-aligned RnD Team that is working to develop features, tools, models and integrations that drive meaningful workflow improvements for our internal CXO (Customer Experience and Operations) team. This team is a multidisciplinary team, containing members from data science, product, design and software development. This collaboration extends to the stakeholders of this team as well, where deep empathy for the CXO workflows, pain-points, and impact drives the creation of solutions to drive efficiency, reduce CXO team toil and improve the way our clients experience our support organization.
The Role:
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Senior Software Engineer who is passionate about building the future of our internal tools. This position is crucial for both the enhancement of our existing infrastructure and the development of innovative platforms. Your contributions will be instrumental in harnessing the collective capabilities of our diverse disciplines, driving us closer to our vision of being the most human financial services company in the world.
