About the Role

Zeta provides the full range of Next-Gen technology and systems needed to operate Commercial and Small Business Credit card programs including Commercial Credit Card Processing, Web and Mobile Apps for Employees and the Enterprise, Expense Management, Analytics and Rewards to Banks and Credit Unions

As VP Product Strategy for Commercial Cards you will report into our Product and Engineering Leadership, and work with a team of product managers, engineers, solution architects to define, design, and manage the roadmap and strategy of our Commercial and Small Business Credit platform including:

Corporate Program Management - Web based back office interface for Midmarket and Enterprise Customers to manage P-card and TnE Programs, enrollment, policies, employees, reports, integrations and more

Mobile Apps - Employee mobile apps with Transaction Management, Card Management, Expense Management, Approval workflows etc

Issuer Backoffice - Web interfaces to enable Banks and Credit Unions to configure and manage Clients and Programs

Other Platforms - for Origination, reporting, rewards and cashbacks etc

What would you do here?

Prioritize the Product Backlog - Pick the highest priority capabilities and modules we should add to each product to maximize relevant KPIs for Zeta’s Bank Customers

Define Product and Feature Specs - Define the specifications of the features being added

Oversee Development and Implementation - Work with a lean and effective team of product managers, and software engineers to implement the above capabilities

Monitor and Measure the performance of the Platforms to continuously tweak and improve them

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate has a strong technology bent and aptitude and hands-on experience across defining, launching, implementing and optimizing the full Program Management lifecycle of Commercial and Small Business Credit Cards including -

Underwriting & Portfolio Management - Understanding underwriting and portfolio growth practices

Program Configuration and Management - Understanding the nuances and the lifecycle of different Commercial Card programs including P-Cards, Virtual Cards, TnE cards etc

Account and Transaction Processing - Understanding of the transaction processing lifecycle processes and Account lifecycle processes

Operations - Understanding operational processes including Fraud Operations, Program Management, Settlement Operations

Financial Modelling - Understanding of multi-year, Commercial Credit Card Financial models (Income Statement and Balance Sheet)

In depth Systems knowledge - In depth knowledge of vendors and capabilities across all relevant systems including - Origination, Processing, Apps, Servicing, Collections, Fraud, Analytics etc.

Analytical and Data Driven

Engineering Mindset - Ability to operate from first principles, heavily leverages tools and technologies, high tech aptitude

Hands-on, Roll up your sleeves and get into the details attitude

Operational Rigor

Demonstrable experience (preferably 10+ years) across running one or more of Product Management or Portfolio Management for Commercial credit card portfolios

Degrees in Engineering / Economics / Finance / Statistics desirable
