📋 Description

• Define migration strategy to AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) for a large multi-brand site.
• Lead the migration team hands-on through the upgrade path to Java 21.
• Own the migration architecture and target design for AEM cloud.
• Lead backend/frontend work, setting standards and reviewing code.
• Define cutover approach and upgrade plan across brands.
• Collaborate with LATAM teams and stakeholders to align on cloud migration.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ Years hands-on software development with strong Java and architecture background.
• Proven experience migrating AEM on-prem deployments to cloud, including AEMaaCS.
• Own migration architecture, target design, and cross-brand coordination.
• Lead backend and frontend developers, setting standards and code reviews.
• Advanced English communication; ability to work with US clients.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; AEM Architect Master
