📋 Description

• Deliver rigorous ELA instruction and foster inclusive classroom culture.
• Create unit and daily lesson plans using provided curricula/resources.
• Infuse KPPS values into daily lessons and school practices.
• Maintain a productive, safe, and organized learning environment.
• Regularly analyze student work and data to adjust instruction.
• Collaborate with families and colleagues; engage in coaching & PD.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of urban ELA teaching experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PA State certification preferred; if uncertified, enroll in PA certification within 1 year.
• Complete background checks: PA State Police, PA Child Abuse, Cogent Fingerprinting.
