[2026-2027] Licensed School-Based Mental Health Clinician (Lead)

📋 Description

• Lead weekly consultations on student goals and documentation with assigned clinicians.
• Deliver interventions with students and families to support stability.
• Demonstrate competency in group therapy, individual counseling, and family counseling.
• Provide monthly evening Parent Support groups.
• Coordinate continuum of mental health services with supervision.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience treating children/adolescents with behavioral and emotional challenges.
• Full clinical license in state served (LMHC/LCSW/LMFT).
• Experience training educational professionals and parents on student mental health.
• Significant knowledge of trauma-attuned modalities (TAM).
• Experience with school districts preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of thorough clinical documentation.
