📋 Description

• Leads weekly consultation sessions focused on student goals and documentation.
• Delivers group, individual, and family counseling in schools.
• Coordinates care with supervisor and assigned clinicians within EMR.
• Maintains ethical standards and licensure in the state of service.
• Partners with school administration and teachers to support student care.
• Contributes to district consultations and clinical leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience treating children/adolescents with behavioral/emotional challenges.
• Full clinical license in LMHC/LCSW, LMFT in the state served.
• Experience training educators and caregivers on student mental health.
• Significant knowledge of trauma-attuned modalities (TAM).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with schools and develop action plans when data falls below ESS standards.
