📋 Description

• Support instructional activities and small group interventions with teachers.
• Assist learner progress with one-on-one or small group literacy and math reinforcement.
• Provide coverage for assigned grade level or subject area as needed.
• Help with arrival/dismissal, lunch, recess, and supervision to maintain a positive learning
• Assist with data collection, testing environments, and required assessments following
• Support family communication and school events as part of campus operations.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid paraprofessional certification
• OR an associate’s degree
• OR at least 60 completed college credit hours
• Demonstrated commitment to equity and student learning
• Ability to pass background checks as required by law
• Preference for Bachelor’s degree and urban public school experience
