📋 Description

• Paraprofessionals support instructional program and daily operations of the school.
• Provide instructional assistance, operational support, and flexible coverage.
• Position is an application pool; screening occurs when openings arise.
• Assist teachers with instructional activities and small group interventions.
• Support literacy and math reinforcement in one-on-one or group settings.
• Monitor student progress and assist with assessment administration.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with valid paraprofessional certification OR an associate’s
• Uncompromising belief that all students can learn and commitment to equity.
• Background check required by law; state screening may apply.
• Preferred: bachelor’s degree; experience in urban public/charter schools; experience with youth.
