• Plan/adapt units and lessons to build conceptual understanding and fluency.
• Use data to drive instruction and maintain small trackers for planning.
• Differentiate and scaffold with accommodations for IEP/504 plans.
• Structure purposeful practice and provide timely feedback tied to rubrics.
• Foster safe, inclusive classroom culture and strong family communication.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• Strong preference for urban teaching experience and state credential
• Ability to maintain professional conduct, meet deadlines, and comply with testing/IEP/504
