📋 Description

Lead supervision of assigned personnel on 2nd shift.
Oversee quality and safety of produced food products.
Maintain housekeeping and adherence to production schedule.
Minimize scrap and optimize line efficiencies under supervision.
Coach staff and provide daily feedback to improve performance.
Ensure daily tasks align with Lean Manufacturing practices.

🎯 Requirements

Experience leading manufacturing or production lines.
Knowledge of GMP and food safety practices.
Forklift certification and ongoing safety training.
Ability to schedule staff and minimize overtime.
Strong communication and KPI reporting skills.
Familiarity with ERP and line changeovers.
